Waste gas treatment is one of the key points of air pollution prevention and control. If the waste gas of refractory materials factory wants to reach the emission standard, it must adopt advanced and mature production technology and perfect waste gas treatment system. So what are the common exhaust gases?

(1) dust-containing waste gas produced by various raw materials in the process of transportation, processing, screening, mixing, drying and firing;

(2) dust-containing waste gas produced by raw material calcination;

(3) Asphalt fumes from tar dolomite workshops and slide oil immersion processes.

These waste gases are usually large emissions, high temperature, high dust concentration, dust dispersion is also high.

Waste gas treatment method of refractory materials factory:

1, shaft kiln flue gas treatment: shaft kiln flue gas in the feeding and discharging and kiln calcination dust and dust containing gas, its treatment can be set up a large centralized dust removal system. The system can collect and treat the feeding, discharging and flue gas in the kiln together. Priority should be given to secondary dry dust removal, and wet dust removal should not be used for dust that is easy to scale in water, such as magnesium, dolomite and lime. A cyclone or multistage dust collector is used, and a bag type dust collector or an electric dust collector is used.

2. Waste gas treatment of rotary kiln: dust and flue gas generated when refractory is calcined in rotary kiln have high temperature and large amount of dust. The waste gas treatment generally adopts two stage treatment, the first stage adopts cyclone dust collector, multi-pipe dust collector or a section of cooler, the second stage adopts bag dust collector or electric dust collector. When the bag type dust collector is used, in order to ensure that the temperature of the exhaust gas entering the dust collector does not exceed the temperature allowed by the bag, a self-controlled cold air valve is set on the inlet pipe of the dust collector.

3, tar dolomite workshop and slide oil immersion workshop production of asphalt waste gas, the waste gas treatment can be used by adsorption method and combustion method:

(1) powder adsorption method; For tar dolomite asphalt flue gas, production powder can be used as adsorbent because there is enough powder in process production. After absorbing the asphalt oil mist, the powder is directly returned to the process powder tank. Bag type dust collector should be used for recovering sticky oil powder, and the load should not be too high.

(2) Pre-spraying adsorption method: for asphalt flue gas of skateboard workshop, pre-coating white powder adsorption method is generally used. After the white powder sticks to the oil, the oil is burned off by burning method and reused. This method has high purification efficiency, low asphalt concentration and stable operation, but the equipment is more complex than the powder adsorption method.
